The idea of separating the building into two parts; an open office and a service zone, and then converting the facade of the latter one into a Green facade, made the landscape of the Northern street connect to the Southern one through the project.
On the other hand, locating all the service spaces in a block made it possible for each corner of office space to benefit from the daylight equally, while the design of the shading made the light penetration flexible.

ایده جدا کردن ساختمان به دو قسمت فضای باز اداری و فضای سرویس و تبدیل جداره قسمت سرویس به فضای سبزGreen facade باعث تداوم فضای سبز خیابان از درون پروژه و اتصال آن به خیابان جنوبی بود. از طرف دیگر تمام فضا‏های سرویس در یک بلوک قرارگرفته که اجازه داد فضای اداری به صورت یکپارچه و انعطاف‏پذیر از نور سرتاسری برخوردار گردد. برای نیازهای روزمره حرکت بین دو بلوک از طریق پل‏هایی انجام می‏شود که تداوم فضای سبز خیابان را به ما یادآوری می‏کند.
